The probe impedance test bench adopts self-developed PCBA to replace the multifunctional switch/measurement unit Model 34980A, significantly reducing hardware costs. In addition, the electric cylinder modules used in its mechanical structure enable step-by-step testing, replacing the manual push-pull testing method of the previous generation and realizing automated test procedures.
