Introduction

This system is primarily used for current bias measurement of DUT (Device Under Test). When KEYSIGHT's LCR meters (E4980A/E4990A) are paired with OFT's DC BIAS, it enables the measurement of a product's saturation characteristics. Through the self-developed testing platform, the system can automatically measure and record fixed-frequency fixed-current, fixed-frequency swept-current, and swept-frequency fixed-current parameters. It can also customize automation software according to customer requirements.

Software Introduction

The LCR DC-BIAS Automatic Testing System is a testing platform independently developed by OFT. While serving as a standard data acquisition and instrument control software, it also incorporates built-in library functions that facilitate the application of software standards such as TCP/IP and ActiveX. It is a powerful and flexible software that enables users to easily and quickly build their own virtual instruments. Its graphical interface makes the programming and usage process intuitive and user-friendly.
